We're looking for a reliable Customer Service & Chat Support Representative to join our growing remote team. If you're someone who communicates with clarity, stays calm under pressure, and loves helping customers, this role is for you

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and support platforms
  • Provide accurate product/service information and troubleshooting
  • Document conversations and update CRM or support tools
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes
  • Follow support scripts, SOPs, and escalation procedures

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service, chat support, or helpdesk roles
  • Excellent written English and clear communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-volume conversations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using time-tracking tools
  • Able to work with a virtual office setup
  • Stable internet & work-from-home setup

Compensation

  • $5/hour
  • Full-time role (40 hours per week)
