Role Description
This is a contract position for a Customer Service Agent. The role entails providing exceptional support to customers, checking the quality of photos submitted for print, retouching photos as required, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their experience with PostSnap. This role is a remote position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Photograohy and photo retouching
- Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and deliver outstanding Customer Experience
- Experience acting as a responsible and approachable Customer Service Representative
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Previous experience in e-commerce or photo printing services is a plus
- Fluency in written and spoken English
