The Role: Customer Support – Remote

Job Description:

As a Customer Support, you will be the frontline of our platform, assisting users with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable user experience. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellent service and responsiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone with empathy and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve account, billing, and technical issues.
  • Moderate content and ensure community guidelines are upheld.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the user experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 3 years of customer support experience (preferably in tech, social media, or dating platforms).
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • A problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.

Location: Full Remote
