Live Session Operations

  • Set up and operate live selling tools/software before and during live streams.
  • Coordinate with the host or influencer to ensure smooth live sessions.
  • Monitor the live feed to ensure quality (audio, video, connectivity).
  • Display product details, prices, and other info onscreen in real-time.
  • Assist with onscreen graphics, banners, product codes, and promotions.

Customer Interaction & Moderation

  • Moderate comments and engage with the audience in real time.
  • Respond to inquiries, questions, and orders through chat or comment sections.
  • Track and manage live orders, including recording order details and buyer info.
  • Ensure a friendly, helpful, and brand-aligned customer experience during streams.

Post-Live Tasks

  • Assist in organizing order summaries and customer lists.
  • Coordinate with the logistics or sales team to ensure fulfillment accuracy.
  • Report on viewer engagement, sales performance, and technical issues.
  • Provide feedback on live performance and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in live streaming, e-commerce, or social media sales preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient with platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, OBS, or similar live-streaming tools.
  • Fast typing skills and quick response time during live sessions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Customer service or sales background is a plus.
  • Willing to work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig City
