POSITION: CONTROLLING ANALYST

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Controlling Analyst to join our Finance team. As a Controlling Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities. You will play a key role in providing insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making and support the achievement of organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial reports, variance analysis, and performance metrics.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations based on analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, identify risks and opportunities, and support decision-making processes.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives and business cases.
  • Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior finance team members.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement enhancements to streamline financial reporting and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA) would be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, preferably in a similar senior role.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and analyzing complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to interpret financial metrics within a strategic context.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
