About Us:

Accounting & Administration Manager
to lead our finance and admin operations, ensuring smooth financial management, accurate reporting, and efficient office operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee author royalties, budgets, and financial forecasts; provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and government reporting requirements.
  • Supervise and develop accounting and administrative staff.
  • Handle office administration, HR documentation, and procurement processes.
  • Maintain internal controls and streamline processes for efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA preferred.
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in publishing, media, or creative industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
