The Visual Merchandising Execution Associate (Sunnies Face) supports in bringing the design and strategy to life, by handling the production and logistics of in-store initiatives. He/She is responsible for the execution, presentation, and implementation by ensuring that the visual standards are always observed.

YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY

Visual Merchandising Execution and Implementation

  • Assists the VM Execution Manager in producing and managing the logistics of visual displays in support of the in-store marketing objectives
  • Ensures the uniformity of displays and implementation of the visuals in all channels
  • Supervises suppliers and contractors in installing and setting up displays including, but not limited to, window displays, walkways, counters, etc.
  • Works with the VM Execution Manager to ensure timely and efficient management of implementation based on the new product launches and campaigns

Procurement and Budgets

  • Responsible for sourcing potential suppliers, contractors and vendors, and props, creative materials and accessories for display
  • Manages supplier relations and negotiates contracts, prices, and timelines to achieve cost and time objectives
  • Ensures the quality and specifications of all procured items

Reports and Documentation

  • Maintains the supplier database, purchase records, receipts and related documentation
  • Tracks and reports key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve efficiency and quality of work

YOUR TALENT (QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or related field
  • 2-3 years of work experience in visual merchandising, operations, or similar is preferred
  • Must be interested/familiar with the beauty/cosmetics industry
  • Exceptional attention to detail, good stress and risk management, and goal-oriented
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office and Photoshop and similar tools required
  • Must have ability to negotiate, deliver based on goals, and communicate well
  • May require short term travel depending on the job requirements
