JOB SCOPE:

  • Ensure the timely procurement of all goods required by the company at the best available price and quality.
  • Keep track of all outstanding purchase orders to ensure that goods delivered on time, in formalizing a monthly outstanding order report per department.
  • Assist the Purchasing Manager or Procurement Officer in all matters to the daily operations of the department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in any Business related courses.
  • Familiar and practices ethical business practices.
  • Excellent in communication, negotiation, analytical and strategic planning skills.
