Responsibilities

  • Audit and assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.

  • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.

  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.

  • Prepare and maintain financial statements for Retail Company.

  • Coordinating daily accounting activities, creating journal entries, preparing tax returns, developing financial statements, reporting financial status, and handling accounts payable and receivable.

  • Assist with other accounting tasks.

Requirements and skills

  • Preferably at least 1 year experience working in a Retail industry.

  • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.

  • Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines

  • Knowledgeable of basic/ standard accounting principle and practices

  • Good in oral and verbal communication

  • Preferably knowledgeable in Quick book

  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft office application is required

  • Excellent organizing abilities.

  • Great attention to detail.

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Accounting Management or Accounting Technology

  • Fresh graduates are welcome
