DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Host and manage live selling sessions on platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Shopee Live, or Lazada Live.
  • Present and demonstrate the proper use and benefits of skincare, makeup, and beauty tools during live sessions.
  • Engage viewers with an energetic, confident, and friendly on-camera personality.
  • Encourage sales conversions by creating urgency, offering promotions, and building customer trust.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for live schedules, promotional strategies, and content planning.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and messages from customers to build trust and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals, features, and pricing.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in live selling, online sales, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Passionate about beauty, skincare, and cosmetics with up-to-date knowledge of trends and brands.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills — confident in speaking and selling on camera.
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays for scheduled live sessions.
  • Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
