  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment: job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding programs.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Support conflict resolution and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Administer employee benefits, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records related to compensation and benefits.
  • Compliance & Policy Management
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support audits and maintain HR documentation and confidentiality.
  • Performance Management & Training
  • Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth.
  • HR Administration
  • Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and employee records.
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analytics for management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience in a generalist role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
