Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek and close sales opportunities by promoting and selling Company's artist catalogue for performances, guesting, content collaborations, and appearances
  • Prospect and pitch to agencies, event organizers, and brand clients to secure bookings and long-term partnerships
  • Develop compelling service packages that combine talents with Company's other offerings ( content production, live events, campaign integrations) to meet client needs and maximize revenue
  • Negotiate rates, manage contracts, and ensure timely delivery of all booking requirements
  • Collaborate with the talent and marketing teams to align pitches, proposals, and deliverables with each artist's brand direction and Company's creative standards
  • Maintain and update sales tools including artist decks, reels, client briefs, and proposals
  • Track and report on all leads, conversions, revenue, and client feedback using internal CRM tools or reports
  • Support post-project processes such as performance recaps, documentation, and client satisfaction follow-ups to encourage repeat business

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
