Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate, control, monitor, and ensure the proper rectification of the project by:

    • Organizing construction documents

    • Monitoring the progress of ongoing construction

    • Coordinate with contractors and consultants

    • Conduct site inspection and punch-listing

    • Organize architectural NSC meetings and resolve issues

  • Coordination with Leasing for the leasing orientation.

  • Coordination with PMO for the House Rules guidelines and orientation.

  • Prepare 201 files of the unit owners.

  • Handling Unit Owners' concerns and requests on acceptance of the physical unit.

  • Punchlisting (RI/CO) of units before turnover.

  • Coordination with internal groups for the final handover of keys.

  • Prepare handover documents and contracts.

  • Prepare presentations for virtual viewing and acceptance.

Educational Background / Special Licenses

  • A graduate of BS Architecture and is a Licensed Architect

Technical Competencies:

  • One (1) year of experience in high-rise building construction

  • Knowledgeable in fire protection, materials and equipment, applicable codes and regulations, and construction safety.

  • Knowledgeable in the different disciplines (structural, architectural, MEPF, etc)
