Senior Full Stack Developer (Python Backend)

NOTE:
 This role requires a 
hybrid setup,
at least 3 days/week in the office for the first 3 months.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using 
    React
     for the frontend and 
    Python
     for the backend.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code.
  • Build backend services, RESTful APIs, integration tools, and automation scripts.
  • Collaborate with designers, front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver features that are robust and scalable.
  • Work with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and integrate with third-party services.
  • Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
  • Maintain code integrity and version control using Git.

What We're Looking For:

  • Solid experience as a 
    Full Stack Developer
     or 
    Python Developer
    .
  • Proficiency in 
    React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
    .
  • Strong skills in 
    Python
     and frameworks like 
    Django
    , 
    Flask
    , or 
    FastAPI
    .
  • Familiarity with 
    MongoDB
    , 
    PostgreSQL
    , or 
    MySQL
    .
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, data processing, or automation is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
