We're looking for an experienced Fullstack Web Developer to design, develop, and launch an interactive online marketplace for trades and services. This platform will connect clients with tradespeople, allowing job postings, quoting, messaging, and reviews — all in a seamless, user-friendly experience.

Location: Remote (work from home)

Employment Type: Permanent, full time

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain the full stack of our web platform, from database to front-end, using clean, reusable code.
  • Develop a responsive, interactive marketplace website that connects service providers with clients, including user accounts, job postings, quotes, messaging, reviews, and ratings.
  • Implement secure authentication, user roles, and access control.
  • Integrate payment systems (Visa, Mastercard), advertising integrations, and third-party APIs.
  • Implement automated onboarding and welcome messages for new customers after sign-up.
  • Add AI-powered features and LLM-based workflows to enhance user experience.
  • Create fast, mobile-friendly interfaces using Tailwind CSS and modern frameworks like React.
  • Manage and optimize infrastructure on AWS or GCP, including scalability, security, and performance monitoring.
  • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and deployment automation.
  • Ensure site security, stability, and regular updates after launch.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and other teams to plan features, improve UX, and deliver high-quality solutions.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience, with a proven track record in building interactive web platforms or marketplaces.
  • Strong front-end skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, or ; hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS in production apps.
  • Back-end expertise with , PHP, Python, or similar, plus strong skills in data modeling, database design, and working with MySQL or MongoDB.
  • Deep understanding of authentication, user roles, and access control systems.
  • Experience integrating secure payment systems (Stripe, Visa, Mastercard) and familiarity with LLM capabilities.
  • Cloud infrastructure experience with AWS or GCP, including deployment, scaling, and optimization.
  • Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and hosting solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills; self-motivated and able to work independently.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with geolocation and map integrations.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • UI/UX design experience.
