Overview

Position - FullStack Software Engineer

Shift - Regular

Technology varies from Virtual Machine-based to Containers, Kubernetes, and anything you can imagine in between. As a developer, you will get to work in different settings that will enhance your overall technical skills from development to designing contributing to your professional growth.

The development squads and tribes aim to keep up with the ever-evolving technology from productizing an application up to heavily customizing them for internal use. Aside from the generic Frontend/Backend development you will also get the chance to showcase your skills in innovating certain operational aspects of maintain an application by developing scripts that elevates the tedious tasks we do. We can create a specific path just for you if you want to specialize in certain technology aspects.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in regular backlog refinement providing your valuable developer's insight and contribute to designing solutions.
  • Engage in regular sprint planning to manage workload and time effectively.
  • Develop innovative technology and implement simplified business logic to improve customer experience.
  • Conduct seasonal Research and Development or Innovation Sprints to uplift technical skills.
  • Collaborate with program and project management to provide clarity on timelines for technical work.
  • Maintain the Payment Services ecosystem by identifying and fixing bugs and errors.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with common architectural and integration patterns (Pub/Sub, Queues, Databases, APIs).
  • Exposure to API design and UI/UX development.
  • Adept at communicating design trade-offs to the business.
  • Data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong focus on code quality, testing, and delivering efficient, maintainable solutions.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience with microservices architecture or building distributed systems; knowledge of container orchestration tools like Kubernetes, RHOCP; experience with serverless architectures.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Ansible; exposure to monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
