Role Overview:

We are looking for energetic, guest-focused individuals to join our team as Dining Experience Providers. More than just serving food, you will be the secret ingredient that brings our restaurant to life – creating connections with guests, guiding them through our menu, and ensuring every visit is unforgettable.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests warmly and guide them through their dining journey.
  • Present the menu, make recommendations, and upsell signature dishes, wine, and promotions.
  • Provide attentive, efficient, and personalized service.
  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues with care and professionalism.
  • Work closely with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and vibrant dining atmosphere.
  • Uphold Wobbly Pan's hospitality culture: warm, attentive, and guest-first.

Qualifications:

  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required – we value attitude and personality above all.
  • Energetic, confident, and able to connect naturally with guests.
  • Sales-oriented mindset – enjoys recommending dishes and creating memorable dining moments.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive team spirit.
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
