Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with order placement, modifications, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
  • Guide customers through product selection, sizing, and fit using brand tools and resources.
  • Promote and enroll customers in the company's member rewards program.
  • Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly and effectively.
  • Accurately process payments, credits, refunds, and order adjustments.
  • Document all customer interactions in accordance with company standards and procedures.
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, product lines, and system tools.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service or Order Entry experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Proficient in basic computer systems, CRM platforms, and customer management tools.
  • Sales competency and comfort with recommending products or programs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
