KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Install equipment or system at customer locations.
  • Perform initial configuration, calibration, and functional tests.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment.
  • Inspect systems to identify potential issues before failures occur.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems onsite or remotely.
  • Replace defective parts, upgrade components, and ensure system functionality.
  • Maintain accurate service report, including work performed, parts used, and time spent.
  • Ensure all activities comply with quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with customer regarding updates, issues, and resolutions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Associate or Bachelor's degree in technical courses
  • Knows around I.T stuff (Software and Hardware)
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Technology, software and applications
  • Good communication skills in oral and written
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work independently and reliably
  • Must be willing to travel nationwide
  • Must be willing to be trained
