As an Ecommerce Operations Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day ecommerce operations, driving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will work across multiple teams to manage order fulfillment, inventory, logistics, and customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management: Oversee order processing, including reviewing, coordinating with fulfillment teams, and ensuring timely shipping and delivery.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, prevent stockouts, and coordinate with clients to replenish stocks in advance.

Returns Management: Process returned items, assess quality, and arrange reprocessing when necessary.

Logistics Management: Book couriers and special logistics services for orders as needed. Track shipment progress.

Customer Support & Experience: Provide customer service for assigned brands, handle escalations, and ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.

Product & Website Management:

  • Enroll products and bundles across ecommerce platforms and operational systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date product availability on ecommerce platforms.

Reporting: Generate operational reports based on assigned tasks and performance indicators.

Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement, suggest optimizations, and help implement new operational efficiencies.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with client brands, suppliers, and fulfillment partners.

Regular Work Arrangements:

  • Schedule: 8am-5pm (w/ 1 hr lunch break), 6 days a week with changing day off either Friday, Saturday, Sunday - as scheduled.
  • Location: onsite activities in Bulacan warehouse, occasional meetings in Makati

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome—we value enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in ecommerce, sales, customer service, or operations is a plus but not required—we provide mentorship
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with a sense of ownership over tasks.
  • Comfortable using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) & Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) is a plus but not required—we'll give you time to learn the systems
  • Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php16, Php17,500.00 per month
