Job Title: IT Associate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated IT Associate to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and help maintain smooth IT operations. This position requires an initial on-site assignment at our Head Office in South Caloocan, followed by relocation to Balagtas, Bulacan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve system errors, connectivity problems, and application issues.
• Assist in maintaining company servers, databases, and IT infrastructure.
• Implement and monitor data security, backup, and recovery procedures.
• Document IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Coordinate with the Head Office IT team regarding system updates and technical requirements.
• Provide on-site IT support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (undergraduates with relevant experience are welcome).
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or a related technical role.
• Proficient with Windows OS, MS Office, basic networking concepts, and basic hardware repair.
• Strong problem-solving ability and effective communication skills.
• Must be residing near Balagtas, Bulacan, or able to relocate after the initial assignment.
• Available to start immediately.

Additional Details:

• Initial on-site training/assignment: 2–3 months at our Head Office in South Caloocan (allowance will be provided during this period).
• Deployment: After completion of the Caloocan assignment, the position will be based in Balagtas, Bulacan.
