We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Officer to lead our marketing efforts in promoting recreational services, enhancing brand visibility, and driving customer engagement. This role requires strategic planning, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to execute data-driven and innovative marketing campaigns that achieve business objectives and expand market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the recreational industry.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement and retention.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email, and online advertising.
  • Manage budgets and track the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • With at least 1 year or more of marketing experience, preferably in the recreational or related industry.
  • Proven expertise in customer engagement and brand promotion within the recreational sector.
  • Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid setup (work-from-home/onsite).
  • Availability to start immediately.
