About the role

Become part of the dynamic marketing team at Kabayan Hotel as a Marketing Officer. This full-time role is based in Pasay City Metro Manila and will play a crucial part in shaping the company's marketing communications strategy.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote Kabayan Hotel brand, products, and services
  2. Creating engaging content for the company's website, social media channels, and other digital platforms
  3. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution
  4. Analyzing marketing data and metrics to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform the company's marketing strategy
  6. Providing support for various marketing initiatives, including events, promotions, and partnerships

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  2. 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content
  4. Proficient in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
  5. Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail
  6. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  7. Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
