Job Description:

The Dining Staff is responsible for ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment for all customers. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the overall customer experience by providing efficient support to both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the dining area, tables, chairs, and other fixtures are always clean, sanitized, and presentable for customers.
  • Prepare the dining area before store opening, including arranging tables and chairs, setting up condiments, utensils, and napkins, and checking overall cleanliness.
  • Assist in the smooth operation of the store by maintaining cleanliness throughout the day and ensuring that trash is properly disposed of.
  • Responsible for picking up food orders from the kitchen and delivering them promptly and accurately to customers in the dining area.
  • Assist in clearing tables immediately after customers finish dining to maintain a neat and organized environment.
  • Monitor the dining area to ensure customers' needs are attended to and report any issues or customer concerns to the supervisor or store manager.
  • Support in restocking dining supplies such as trays, utensils, tissues, and condiments as needed.
  • Follow company hygiene and safety standards at all times to ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations.
  • Assist in closing duties, including cleaning the dining area, organizing equipment, and preparing the area for the next day's operations.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor or store manager.
