Description

Virtual Staffing Solutions is hiring for the Inbound Sales Representative position. This role is responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries while identifying and maximizing sales opportunities. The position blends consultative selling with high-quality customer service, requiring representatives to actively listen to customer needs, recommend suitable products or services, and provide clear, accurate, and timely information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls from prospective and existing customers, converting inquiries into successful sales.
  • Apply consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets, including conversion rate, average order value, and upsell/cross-sell goals.
  • Clearly and accurately explain product features, pricing, promotions, and applicable terms or conditions.
  • Address customer questions, concerns, and service requests with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system following standard procedures.
  • Troubleshoot basic issues, provide effective solutions, or escalate concerns as needed while ensuring compliance with security, quality, and company guidelines.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Sales, customer service, or BPO experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and close sales.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including CRM and multitasking across systems.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting performance targets.
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work assigned schedules as needed.
  • Inbound/outbound sales experience, compliance knowledge, or bilingual skills are a plus.
