Job Summary
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying potential customers, and guiding leads through the sales pipeline. This role requires executing structured sales programs and collaborating closely with Production Managers and Client Success Managers to ensure campaign success.
Responsibilities
-Execute outbound sales outreach via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate and maintain a pipeline of potential customers
-Deliver sales pitches and scripts tailored to customer needs to convert prospects into qualified leads
-Coordinate and schedule meetings with prospective clients, including pre-qualification and follow-ups
-Provide clear information about products or services while maintaining discretion on pricing until appropriate
-Source customer data from multiple channels and follow up on inbound inquiries
-Document customer interactions, lead progress, and relevant details in tracking systems
-Conduct market research and client surveys to gather insights on clients and market trends
-Adjust sales strategies based on feedback and perform other related tasks, including non-voice responsibilities, as assigned
