Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders through proactive service and a consultative sales approach.
  • Stay informed on developments in healthcare, regulatory practices, and market conditions through continuous learning and networking.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a science-related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably handling specialized or technical products.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage business in a structured, compliance-driven environment.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in report writing, sales forecasting, and market analysis.
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work on-site in Makati City.
