About the role

Join the dynamic finance team at RUCS KONSULT CORPORATION' as a Billing & Collection Assistant. This full-time role is based in Pasig City, Metro Manila and will play a crucial part in managing the company's accounts receivable and credit control processes.

What you'll be doing

  1. Process customer invoices and ensure timely billing
  2. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments
  3. Liaise with customers to resolve billing queries and negotiate payment terms
  4. Maintain detailed records of all billing and collection activities
  5. Support the preparation of financial reports and analysis
  6. Assist with other accounting and finance-related tasks as required

What we're looking for

  1. 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit control or a similar finance role
  2. Strong numeracy and attention to detail
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  4. Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications
  5. Knowledge of accounting principles and best practices
  6. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
