Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and Scheduling:Overseeing bus driver activities, creating and managing driver schedules, and assigning routes.
  • Ensuring Safety and Compliance:Enforcing safety regulations, monitoring driver logs, and ensuring adherence to transportation rules and company policies.
  • Driver Management:Recruiting, training, and evaluating drivers, addressing performance issues, and providing guidance and support.
  • Route Optimization:Planning and adjusting routes to ensure efficient and timely service, considering factors like traffic, weather, and passenger needs.
  • Vehicle Maintenance:Monitoring vehicle maintenance and repair schedules, ensuring buses are in safe operating condition.
  • Issue Resolution:Addressing and resolving operational problems, driver conflicts, and passenger complaints.
  • Communication and Reporting:Maintaining clear communication with drivers, management, and other stakeholders, preparing reports on operational performance and incidents.
  • Training and Development:Facilitating training programs to enhance driver skills, knowledge of safety procedures, and customer service protocols.
  • Budget Management:Managing transportation department budgets, including fuel costs, vehicle maintenance, and other expenses.
  • Emergency Response:Responding to emergency situations, such as accidents or inclement weather, and taking appropriate action.
  • Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of driver attendance, vehicle maintenance, and other relevant data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
