Job Summary:

The On-Call Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and efficient passenger transportation services as needed. This role requires availability on short notice to replace absent or unavailable drivers and ensure continuous transport service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport passengers safely to and from assigned locations following company routes and schedules.
  • Serve as a replacement driver when the regular driver is absent or during high-demand periods.
  • Maintain professional conduct and provide excellent customer service to passengers at all times.
  • Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition before and after trips.
  • Follow all traffic laws, safety standards, and company driving policies.
  • Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tires, lights, etc.) and immediately report mechanical issues or incidents.
  • Accurately record trip logs, mileage, and other required documentation.
  • Coordinate with dispatch or immediate supervisor regarding assignments and availability.

Qualifications:

  • With valid professional driver's license
  • Proven experience in passenger transport (e.g., shuttle, corporate driver, hotel/casino transport, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Metro Manila and nearby routes is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be punctual, reliable, and able to report on short notice.
  • Physically fit and able to work varying schedules.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From Php18,127.92 per month

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
