About the Role

As a
Team Leader at TransPerfect
, you'll guide and develop a team supporting a high-impact healthcare program. You'll drive
performance, quality, coaching, team engagement, and daily operations
to ensure exceptional service delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of support specialists.
  • Monitor team KPIs, quality, attendance, and service levels.
  • Handle escalations and resolve client or internal concerns.
  • Support training, onboarding, and continuous performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
  • Foster a positive, supportive, and results-driven culture.
  • Manage schedules, workload distribution, and shift operations.


Qualifications

  • Experience as a
    Team Leader / Supervisor
    (BPO or healthcare experience is a strong plus).
  • Excellent
    English communication skills
    .
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working
    onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
    .
  • Willing to work a
    shifting schedule
    .
  • With complete requirements and ready to
    start ASAP
    .
