  1. PHRN Team Lead
  2. Generic Healthcare Team Lead

This role is ideal for leaders who can drive KPIs, coach teams, and build a stable, high-performing culture.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations and team performance
  • Drive KPIs: quality, productivity, attendance, and SLA
  • Conduct coaching, huddles, calibrations, and performance reviews
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
  • Prepare operational reports and action plans
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare and data standards
  • Support process improvements with internal stakeholders

Qualifications
PHRN Team Lead Track
  • Active PHRN license
  • At least 2 years of Team Lead experience in a healthcare BPO account
  • Strong coaching, performance management, and escalation handling
Generic Healthcare Team Lead Track
  • At least 2–3 years of supervisory/TL experience in a BPO setting
  • Healthcare account experience is an advantage
  • KPI-driven leadership and strong communication skills
