  • Supervise day-to-day operations for aircon installation, cleaning, repair, and maintenance services.
  • Plan and manage technician schedules to ensure timely completion of all jobs.
  • Monitor job progress and ensure all service works meet company quality standards.
  • Handle client concerns, escalations, and urgent service requests professionally.
  • Review service reports, job orders, and material requests before deployment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for tools, materials, and equipment needed for operations.
  • Oversee inventory levels and ensure availability of parts to avoid delays.
  • Lead, train, and evaluate technicians to improve performance and productivity.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures.
  • Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Prepare daily or weekly operational updates for management.
  • Ensure compliance with HVAC industry standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications :

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field

3+ years' experience in HVAC/aircon operations or service management

Strong knowledge of aircon systems (VRV/VRF, split units, chillers)

Experience leading technicians and managing daily service operations

Skilled in scheduling, job planning, and preventive maintenance

Good communication and customer-handling skills

Strong problem-solving and team-management abilities

Familiarity with service management software

Safety-conscious and able to work in a fast-paced environment
