About the role

Taylormade Construction and Realty Corp. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA/QC professional to join our team. In this full-time role based in Marikina City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and compliance of our construction projects, contributing to the company's commitment to excellence.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting comprehensive on-site inspections and quality audits to identify and address any non-conformities or potential issues
  • Developing and implementing quality control procedures and processes to maintain high standards across all project phases
  • Liaising with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate quality control activities and resolve any quality-related concerns
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation of quality control measures, findings, and corrective actions
  • Providing regular reports and recommendations to management on quality performance and improvement opportunities
  • Collaborating with the wider construction team to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and quality standards
  • Proficient in interpreting and applying building codes, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve quality objectives
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • PRC License is an advantage
