Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic & Financial Planning

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and real estate growth objectives.
  • Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term business planning.
  • Provide the CEO and Board with timely financial insights for strategic decision-making.

2. Financial Management & Reporting

  • Oversee the preparation of accurate, timely financial statements and management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and government reporting requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

3. Real Estate Project Financing

  • Structure and negotiate project financing, bank loans, and joint venture agreements.
  • Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and funding partners.
  • Assess financial feasibility of new property developments, acquisitions, and sales.

4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management

  • Oversee liquidity, cash flow, and working capital management to support ongoing operations and real estate projects.
  • Manage investments, capital expenditures, and financial risks.

5. Compliance, Risk Management & Controls

  • Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory obligations.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.

6. Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and mentor the Finance and Accounting teams.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, legal, and project management teams.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
  • Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is an advantage.
  • At least 10–15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior financial management role.
  • Proven experience in real estate development, property management, or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, project financing, and investment analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
  • High integrity, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
