Minimum Qualifications

  • Preferably one year experience specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting, payroll process, or equivalent.
  • Computer literate.
  • Flexible, keen to details, and can work with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage the daily accounting transactions and ensure that all projects, month-end and year-end reports are completed accurately on time.
  • Preparation of request for payment for fund transfer, reimbursement, and for all regular and other disbursements
  • Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses, monthly liquidity reports and monthly payment obligations etc. Lead preparations for financial audits
  • Ensures accurate and timely processing of Government payment transactions & timely mandatory reports submission (monthly, quarterly and annually).

  • Prepares and files the following government mandated taxes:

  • BIR 0605, Business Permit Renewal

  • BIR 1601 C, Monthly Withholding Taxes
  • BIR 2500 Q, Quarterly Withholding Taxes
  • BIR 1604, Annual Withholding Taxes
  • BIR 2316, Income Tax and Returns
  • Alpha list Data Entry and Generation

  • BIR Relief Entry and File Generation

  • Computes corporate income tax due and prepares corresponding returns for filing with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).

  • Checks and approves Sales Invoices, Accounts Payable, Cash Vouchers and Petty Cash.
  • Assists in budget preparation, monitoring of expenses, internal control policies formulation and forecasting activities.
  • Recommending and Implementing process for improvements to budget and prepare FS forecast for the company's budget planning.
  • Oversee and manage daily Operational Financial Reports and improvise said Reporting when required
  • Review Operational Cash-flow from Payment Team in order to streamline operational cash flow into the business.
  • Takes responsibility for the planning and execution of financial duties and projects of a company.
  • Performs related functions as required from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php17,000.00 per month
