Job Title: Office-Based Online English Tutor

Location: One San Miguel Building, Ortigas, Pasig City

Working Hours: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM PHT | 4:00 PM - 9:00 PHT

Salary: PHP 15,000 - PHP 18,000 per month (Part-Time)

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Office-Based Online English Tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, an American accent, and at least two years of experience tutoring English online for Korean students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one and group English lessons online for Korean students.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of each student.
  • Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their English proficiency.
  • Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, progress, and any issues encountered during lessons.
  • Communicate effectively with students and parents to address any concerns or questions.
  • Stay updated with the latest teaching methods and educational technologies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an online English tutor for a Korean company.
  • Fluent in English with an American accent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an office-based setting during the specified working hours (3:00 PM - 9:00 PM Philippine Time).
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in using online teaching platforms and tools.
  • Patient, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
