Work From Home as a Part-Time Online ESL Instructor

We are currently hiring Part-Time Home-Based Online English Instructors to be part of our growing team

Part time schedule: Monday to Friday (6:00-9:00PM)


NO EXPERIENCE? NO PROBLEM

All qualified applicants will undergo a comprehensive FOUR-WEEK ONLINE TRAINING before starting.

Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (via Zoom)

Paid Training: Php 200–250/day (released upon passing the evaluation)


HOME-BASED SETUP REQUIREMENTS (Strict Compliance):
  • Stable internet connection via LAN cable (min. 100 Mbps from GLOBE/PLDT/CONVERGE Fiber only)
  • PC/Laptop (Windows 10, i3 to i7 processor, 4–8 GB RAM)
  • HD Camera
  • Noise-canceling headset (Preferred: Logitech H110/H111)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct one-on-one phone and video classes for Korean students
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress
  • Perform other related tasks

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
  • Hourly rate based on attendance:
  • Php per hour will be applied if the part-time employee has Perfect Attendance (PA) or one (1) instance of under time not exceeding 30 minutes (1time only).
  • Php per hour will be applied if the part-time employee has One (1) absence or a total under time exceeding 30 minutes but not more than 50% (regardless of frequency). [if the teacher's undertime affects more than 50% class, then the undertime will be marked as "Absent" which will be reflected on their hourly rate.]
  • Php per hour will be applied if the part-time employee has more than One (1) Absence.
  • Attendance is tracked for each cut-off period: from the 1st to the 15th, and from the 16th to the 30th of each month.
  • On top of your hourly rate, if you maintain perfect attendance for the month, you'll receive an additional Php incentive.
  • We also offer monthly productivity bonuses which will compensate your performance every month.
  • If your productivity is between 70%-79%, you'll receive an extra Php
  • If your productivity is 80% or above, you'll earn Php 1,000.00.
  • Salary Payout: Every 15th and 30th of the month
