Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a sales representative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and external partners.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Negotiate and close deals with customers.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create sales strategies and promotions.
- Develop and maintain sales reports and forecasts.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure timely delivery of products or services.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and concerns.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.
- Continuously learn about the products or services being sold to effectively communicate their value to customers.
