Job Summary:

The Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales by engaging with customers, promoting ISR products and services, and closing deals. This role plays a key part in achieving company sales targets and strengthening long-term client relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Actively sell company products or services to potential and existing customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and promotions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and client interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Attend meetings, training, and trade shows as assigned.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and market trends.
  • Assist in inventory tracking and report discrepancies when necessary.
  • Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and promotional strategies.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or college level; a degree in Marketing or Business is an advantage.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to do fieldwork or travel when required.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, sales apps) are an advantage.
