Best Tools is hiring a Technician for our GENSAN branch.

Role Summary:

We are in search of a dependable and skilled technician to manage the maintenance, repair, and preventive servicing of industrial tools, machinery, and associated equipment. This role is essential for ensuring efficient store operations, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe workplace environment.

Primary Duties:

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair industrial tools, power equipment, and machinery.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment longevity.
• Effectively diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic system issues.
• Utilize technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams accurately.
• Keep detailed, accurate records of all maintenance and service activities.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and provide technical support to customers as necessary.
• Repair electric and cordless power tools.
• Service air compressors and water pumps.
• Maintain engines, generators, inverters, and welding machines.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair tasks.
• Prepare comprehensive assessment and repair reports.
• Prior experience in a service center environment is an advantage.

Qualifications:

• High School graduate or GED (technical or vocational training preferred).
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant technical experience.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiar with hand tools, power tools, pneumatic systems, and industrial machinery.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Detail-focused, reliable, and works well in a team setting.

Additional Requirement:

Willingness to attend technical training in Metro Manila.
