Tool Keeper

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Tool Keeper to manage and safeguard the tools and equipment of our automotive service department. The Tool Keeper will be responsible for issuing, receiving, maintaining, and recording all tools to ensure that technicians have the resources they need for efficient and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue and receive automotive tools and equipment to service technicians.
• Maintain proper records of tool usage, return, and inventory.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure tools are in good working condition.
• Organize and store tools properly for easy accessibility and safekeeping.
• Report missing, damaged, or defective tools to the supervisor.
• Assist in periodic inventory and audit of tools and equipment.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the tool storage area.
• Follow safety and security protocols in handling tools.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any business related course.
• Experience in warehouse, tool keeping, or automotive service operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive tools and equipment is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Physically fit and able to handle tools of varying sizes and weights.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php11,180.00 per month
