The Role

We are seeking a
Head of Operations
to lead our
Business Development, Digital Marketing, and Seller Success teams
. This senior leadership position is critical in driving growth, ensuring operational excellence, and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee business development partnerships, digital marketing strategies, and seller success operations.
  • Drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and process automation.
  • Manage operational P&L and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams with clear KPIs and OKRs.
  • Foster collaboration across departments to achieve business targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years' experience in operations, e-commerce, retail, or logistics, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong track record in managing cross-functional teams and scaling operations.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
