VISAYA – Bacolod Site

Full-Time | Onsite Role

We're looking for a Security & Facilities Officer who can help us keep our site running smoothly and safely. If you have a strong sense of responsibility, practical knowledge in maintenance, and enjoy keeping things in order, this role is for you

What We're Looking For
  • Experienced in handling business permits and licenses (like PEZA and LGU requirements) and managing vendor coordination
  • Knows how to keep the workplace safe and compliant with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards
  • Has handled or helped with BCP (Business Continuity Planning) and DRP (Disaster Recovery Planning)
  • Knows how to use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.) really well
  • Has basic knowledge of aircon systems and electrical maintenance
  • Has some experience managing office or building facilities
  • Understands basic renovation or office setup work
  • Comfortable guiding or assisting a small team of people
