The Role

We're in search of a Digital Marketing & Brand Growth Strategist with hands-on experience in:

  • Social Media Savvy: You live and breathe YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. You know what content hits, what trends to ride, and how to turn followers into loyal fans.
  • Web Platform Proficiency: Solid experience with WordPress and Shopify is a must — from store setup to plugin management and user-friendly design.
  • Strategic Mindset: You know how to look at a startup and immediately spot growth levers. You're data-driven, results-focused, and love testing, tweaking, and scaling.
  • Multitasking Mastery: You're used to managing multiple campaigns, launches, or projects and keeping your cool while delivering high-quality work.
  • Email Campaign Management: Convert Leads, Build Loyalty, and Drive Revenue with Strategic Email Marketing From cold outreach to post-purchase drip sequences, I'll help you design, build, and execute email campaigns that align with your brand voice and business goals.
  • AI proficiency is a must.

  • Know your way around GoHighLevel (GHL), ManyChat, and automation workflows
  • Have experience with lead generation (organic and paid)
  • Are comfortable with influencer outreach and campaign management
  • Understand DTC/eCommerce funnels and scaling strategies
  • Can whip up content or creative ideas when needed

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute multi-platform digital marketing strategies
  • Manage and optimize the brand's WordPress and Shopify web presence
  • Collaborate on brand voice, content calendars, and campaign ideas
  • Support strategic planning for national and global expansion
  • Track analytics, optimize for performance, and present insights
