Job Title: Waiter/Barista

Location: Davao City, New Vicenta Village

· Previous experience as a waiter or barista is an advantage

· Knowledge of coffee preparation and operation of café equipment

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer focused Waiter/Barista. You are taking customer orders, serve food and drinks, and prepare high quality coffee beverages. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Answer menu questions and offer recommendations.

Barista Duties:

• Prepare and serve coffee and espresso based drinks
• Operate espresso machines and grinders.
• Maintain high standards of drink quality and presentation.
• Monitor stock of coffee beans, milk, and bar supplies.

Waitstaff Duties:

• Serve food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
• Set and clear tables, ensuring cleanliness at all times.
• Process payments using POS systems (cash and card).
• Handle takeaway orders and packaging.

General Duties:

• Keep the café/restaurant clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards.
• Refill condiments, utensils, and supplies as needed.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php14,000.00 per month
