We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Officer with strong leadership skills to lead and execute strategic marketing and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, along with the ability to manage teams, drive business growth, and enhance the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and motivation to achieve targets and exceed performance goals
  • Oversee and optimize marketing campaigns, digital strategies, and promotions to engage with customers and clients effectively
  • Conduct thorough market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and potential markets
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking activities, and trade shows

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on leadership and team management
  • Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and social media Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Must not be employed and can join immediately
