About the Role

We are looking for
HR Transformation Consultants, Managers, and Senior Managers
to join our
Talent & Organization practice
in
BGC, Taguig City
. You'll design and deliver HR transformation strategies, work directly with international clients, and lead initiatives across Cloud HR, analytics, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver HR transformation projects across global client organizations.
  • Design HR operating models, talent strategies, and service delivery frameworks.
  • Implement digital/cloud HR solutions, HR analytics, and workforce planning.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to ensure buy-in and adoption.
  • (Manager/Senior Manager) Lead teams, manage project economics, and drive business development.
  • (Manager/Senior Manager) Coach and mentor team members while shaping practice growth.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Consultant
    : At least 5 years of consulting experience with HR transformation projects.
  • Manager/Senior Manager
    : 8+ years consulting, with leadership in HR transformation and talent management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, digital/cloud HR, workforce planning, and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems (Oracle, SAP, or Workday).
  • Track record designing/deploying HR service delivery models.
  • Ability to work with international clients.

Good-to-Have

  • Familiarity with outsourcing models of HR processes.
  • Experience in strategic workforce planning and reskilling.
  • Background in large-scale HR transformation program management.
