As a
Marketing Associate (Events)
, you will play a key role in conceptualizing, organizing, and executing events that embody the Rockwell brand and support our marketing objectives. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure all event elements are flawlessly executed—from planning to post-event evaluation.

Event Management

  • Conceptualize and implement innovative, brand-aligned events and campaigns.
  • Lead event planning and logistics, including budgeting, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
  • Manage merchant participation and required documentation.
  • Process all necessary permits, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure smooth ingress and egress during events.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams to align events with overall marketing goals and brand direction.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, strategic event ideas.
  • Develop pre-production and post-event decks to support planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Take a hands-on role in overseeing on-site logistics, ensuring the smooth flow of attendees and flawless delivery of planned activities.

How You'll Succeed

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in event marketing, preferably in real estate, retail, or similar industries.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in a corporate setting.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Results-driven, with a sharp focus on achieving event objectives and enhancing brand presence.
