Key Responsibilities

As a JR. Data Scientist, you will:

  • Perform quality checks on HCP profiles and data submissions
  • Clean, verify, and update HCP data in the panel management system

  • Ensure compliance with panel standards, including:

  • Data accuracy

  • Completeness
  • Duplication control
  • Conduct high-volume data entry with speed and precision
  • Maintain high-quality records to support global healthcare market research initiatives
  • Follow structured quality control (QC) processes and documentation standards

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proficient data entry and Excel skills
  • Experience or exposure to Life Sciences / Healthcare data (HCP panels preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to follow structured QC processes
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines

Nice to Have (Advantage but Not Required)
  • Exposure to panel management systems or healthcare datasets
  • Basic knowledge of data validation, data cleaning, or quality assurance
  • Familiarity with large datasets or operational data roles
